For any undamaged product, simply notify Baffled Panda in writing and return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Shipping fees for exchanged products or returned products, including the cost to return and the cost of shipping another item to the customer, are paid for by the customer.

For cancellations, notify us as soon as possible before the item is dispatched for a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and you will then need to refer to our returns policy above. Dispatch is after 3pm on working days. For any item ordered after 3pm, dispatch will be after 3pm the next working day.
