For returns, please notify Baffled Panda in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned with all included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible, along with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue either a refund or exchange to your original payment method.

Please note the following:
(i) Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
(ii) If an exchange is requested, any additional shipping costs for sending replacement items will also be charged to the customer.

 

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the returns process above.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched on working days. If an order is placed after dispatch processing has taken place, it will be shipped on the next working day.

Standard UK delivery should take between 3-5 working days. International delivery should take up to 10 working days, but customs may delay this timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer due to postal delays.
